to psychologists and social workers

WPSP has sponsored courses of study for a limited period of
time and currently offers a number of seminars ranging from a group formed
to focus on the work of an invited speaker in preparation for that event to
groups which last for years and shift focus over time. Any member can
offer a course or can form a seminar group through WPSP and invite other
interested members to join. Under the auspices of WPSP, members of a
seminar group or those who enroll in a WPSP sponsored course can earn
continuing education credits for participation.
Guidelines for Seminar Formation:
Anyone interested in forming a Study Group or who has a
suggestion for a topic is invited to contact our Seminar Group Coordinator,
Dr. Carolyn Cole at psych463doc@msn.com.

Student Outreach is a priority for WPSP, with the goal of
providing an open setting in which graduate students can further inform
themselves about psychoanalytic theory and practice and meet with
like-minded professionals.

WPSP maintains a close liaison with Division 39, as our
national voice, and seeks to further the exchange of ideas and encourage
mutual participations with local chapters throughout the country.
